I coordinate and supervise complex special foundation works, including ground anchors, slope stabilization, and retaining structures, maintaining structured delivery even under difficult geological conditions. About Me
I started my career in structural engineering, working directly with structural design, material behavior, and how load moves through a structure. Over the years, that gap between theoretical design and what actually happens on site is what pulled me into construction management.
I bring an engineer's analytical mindset to every site. Understanding a structure at the design level lets me catch risks early, before they turn into rework or added cost, the kind of thing a purely execution-focused manager can miss entirely.
Over the last 10 years, I've managed and supervised projects including a NZD 4.5M slope stabilization project in New Zealand and structural coordination on a 45-unit residential complex in Frankfurt, work that has taken me from BIM modelling on a nuclear power facility in Switzerland to site management in three countries across two continents.
Based in Germany, I work directly with my clients in both English and German, keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and to a standard I'd stand behind personally.
